Dr. G. Narendra Santosh Kumar is the Placement Officer and Head of the Career Development Centre (CDC) at MNR University, committed to building a dynamic ecosystem that bridges academia and industry. With over nine years of experience in training, placements, and career development, he leads initiatives in campus recruitment, internships, industry collaborations, expert talks, skill development, and career mentoring to enhance students' employability.
He actively collaborates with corporate organizations, healthcare institutions, startups, and industry leaders to provide students with practical exposure, professional networking opportunities, and industry-relevant competencies. His focus on technical training, aptitude development, communication skills, and career guidance equips students to excel in a competitive global workforce.
Dr. Narendra holds a Ph.D. in Robotics and an M.Tech in Machine Design (Gold Medalist). He has published 30+ research papers in reputed national and international journals, including Scopus-indexed publications. His vision is to empower students with future-ready skills, professional values, and lifelong learning for successful careers.
