SGRC: Student Grievance Redressal Committee (SGRC)

In compliance with the University Grants Commission (UGC) (Redressal of Grievances of Students) Regulations, 2023, the Student Grievances Redressal Committee (SGRC) for MNR University has been constituted to address and resolve grievances of students in a fair and timely manner.

The SGRC was constituted by the University vide Notification No. MNRU/Committees/SGRC/1/2024 dated 20.9.2024.

This committee provides an effective mechanism for resolving student grievances, ensuring all students have a platform to express their concerns.

Prof. Dr. T. Papi Reddy, Former Professor of Osmania University and Former Chairman, Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE), Hyderabad, was appointed as Ombudsperson by the University vide Notification No. MNRU/SGRC/Ombudsperson/1/2024 dated 20.9.2024.

Students can contact the committee at ombudsperson@mnruniverisity.edu.in. A portal for anonymous complaints has also been set up on the University ERP system.
