B.Tech. (Hons) Semiconductor Design & Development (AI Enabled) is a specialized undergraduate program that equips students with in-depth knowledge of VLSI, embedded systems, and semiconductor technology, blending theoretical concepts with practical applications to prepare graduates for cutting-edge roles in semiconductor fabrication, chip design, and embedded intelligence.
The curriculum covers VLSI design, embedded systems, FPGA, SoC design, and semiconductor device modeling, with an industry-oriented focus on low-power design, real-time operating systems, and digital signal processing for modern chip development. Students gain hands-on experience through projects, internships, and research opportunities, working with advanced EDA tools, HDL programming, and CAD-based semiconductor design.

Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must have passed the 10+2 (intermediate) or an equivalent examination with the BiPC/ MPC group from a recognized board, institute, or university.
- Alternatively, candidates who have completed a 10th + Diploma (2 or 3 years) in the relevant technology from a recognized institution are also eligible.
- Admission is based on merit, determined by marks obtained in the qualifying examination or through a state-level entrance test, national-level entrance test, or any other equivalent international qualification or test based on merit.
- Candidates must be at least 17 years old as of December 31 of the admission year.
