About Shri. M. N. Raju
On August 15, 1974, the 27th anniversary of Indian independence marked an important milestone in Telangana’s educational history with the establishment of MNR Educational Trust. Guided by Shri M N Raju, Chairman of MNR Educational Trust, the Trust aimed to create a network of institutions committed to providing excellence in education. MNR University is its latest edition, where he serves as the president.
A true inspiration, Shri M N Raju consistently demonstrated the ability to think ahead of his time, motivating both the dedicated faculty and the ever-growing student community. His philosophy resonates deeply with the teachings of Swami Vivekananda, emphasising that one should seek two vital blessings from God: health and the courage to face challenges. For Shri M N Raju, education is the foundation upon which courage is built.
With his rich experience and focus on practical learning, Shri M N Raju introduced a unique student-centric teaching approach that even prepares students for professional success. His efforts have helped shape the trust’s commitment to delivering meaningful educational experiences.
The Trust is recognised for its consistent commitment to societal contribution through the provision of high-quality education. It aims to equip students for meaningful lives, encouraging public involvement and economic independence. Since its inception, the MNR Educational Group has been led by its Chairman, Shri M N Raju, with significant support from its Vice Chairman, Shri M S Ravi Varma, playing a key role in the field of education.
