Aryan Gupta from Punjab and Panshul Bansal from Haryana jointly secured All India Rank 1 with 715 marks out of 720, and 11.21 lakh candidates qualified out of the nearly 20 lakh who sat the Over 93 per cent of the top 138 were sitting NEET for the first time, and 99 per cent of top rankers were aged 17 to 19. Long repeat cycles are not what produces top ranks. Consistent school-stage preparation is. Women also outperformed men on every measure the NTA published.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Which_States_Do_the_Re-NEET_2026_Toppers_Come_From\"><\/span><b>Which States Do the Re-NEET 2026 Toppers Come From?<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Candidates above 705 marks came from eight states: Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra, Bihar, Tamil Nadu and Telangana. Telangana appearing on that list matters for students around Hyderabad, who are competing at the very top of the national list.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Re-NEET_State_Toppers_List_2026\"><\/span><b>Re-NEET State Toppers List 2026<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The NTA released state and union territory-wise toppers alongside the result, covering every north-eastern state. General and EWS is 715 to 213 marks at the 50th percentile. OBC, SC and ST is 212 to 177 marks at the 40th percentile. The admission cut off is the closing rank at which a given college actually fills its seats, and it is far higher. Clearing 213 marks makes you eligible for counselling.
