Prof Mrs. K. Madhavi

Dr. Madhavi Kadiveti is an eminent academician who has been the vanguard of leading excellence in Physiotherapy Education in India. An alumnus of SVIMS, Tirupati and Dr.NTRUHS, Vijayawada, Dr. Madhavi Kadiveti previously served as the Assistant Professor in the Oxford College Of Physiotherapy and Acting PRINCIPAL of MNR’S Sanjeevani college of Physiotherapy.
During her career spanning over sixteen years, Dr. Madhavi Kadiveti has made significant contributions in the arena of Physiotherapy. As the Principal of MNR’S Sanjeevani college of Physiotherapy, she has led many initiatives at the college starting from faculty expansion and development to the introduction of new Programmes and digital learning. She apprehended the importance of Industry linkage with academia and committed to upholding it. Prior to joining MNR’S Sanjeevani college of Physiotherapy, Dr. Madhavi Kadiveti had a vigorous association with SVIMS, Tirupati; RGUHS, Karnataka; DR.NTRUHS, Vijayawada for over 20 years including six years of her Graduation and Post-Graduation.

Before accepting the responsibilities as the Acting Principal of MNR’S Sanjeevani college of Physiotherapy; she has held other academic positions including Clinical Physiotherapist, Assistant Professor, Associate Professor and Professor amongst others. Her prime obligations included student care and mentoring, managing Work Integrated Learning Programmes at MNR’S Sanjeevani college of Physiotherapy .
She played a crucial role in the development of MNR’S Sanjeevani college of Physiotherapy, in terms of strategy and conception. She worked very closely with SHRI. M. N. RAJU Garu, the Chairman, MNR Educational Trust in realising his vision of establishing MNR UNIVERSITY campus in Hyderabad, a state-of-the-art campus with innovative ideas.
This would not have been possible without the generous support of the secretaries and officials of the Government of Telangana. She is credited with Development of a green campus replicating all the notable features with the help of the faculty, staff, alumni & students.
As Assistant Professor at The Oxford college of Physiotherapy, Bangalore, Karnataka, India (NAAC ‘A’accredited and reputed college in Karnataka) she has good teaching experience in various subjects , such as Physiotherapy in neurological conditions, Exercise therapy, Electrotherapy , Electrophysiology, Assessment and evaluation and Biomechanics and also completed the task of planning and implementing individual intervention in collaboration with the patients by using graded exercises.
As the Principal, She significantly contributed in establishing various programme at various institutes in Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, New Delhi and Chandigarh, amongst others.
Her research interest included Physiotherapy in Neurology, postural education, Mirror therapy and Task-oriented approaches in treating many patients. She has guided around twenty PG students and published several research papers in reputed journals. Her passion for teaching has earned accolades from several batches of MNR’S Sanjeevani college of Physiotherapy students.
Dr. Madhavi Kadiveti obtained her Master of Physiotherapy from Susrutha Institute of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India ; Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Sri Venkateswara Institute of Medical Sciences, Tirupathi,Andhra Pradesh, India. An apt saying by Joyce Meyer – “teachers can change lives with the right mix of chalk and challenges” suits her personality in maintaining the balance between curricular and exra-curricular activities even in tough times.
Her encouragement to each and every staff and student has fetched a lot of prizes in competitions along with International recognition to the college.Her philosophy and utilitarian standpoint as an educator have been moulded by her pragmatic ideology and productive wisdom as an administrator.
Dr. Madhavi Kadiveti is on the advisory board for various colleges, institutions and universities across the country. She is also an avid explorer who has extensively travelled across the country to visit institutes of repute.

Dr. E. L. Nagesh, a passionate and experienced principal committed to striving for excellence by working to foster the intellectual, spiritual, emotional, social, and physical needs on par with the potential of the prospective engineers. He is known in the field of engineering education, as a high-achieving leader with a focus on academic excellence and demonstrated results in student achievement. The humongous achievements of the alums reveal the efficiency of his guidance, care and commitment to the results. He is an eminent Professor and an able administrator with rich experience spanning over thirty four years in engineering academics. Prof Dr. Sateesh K is an excellent academician in the field of Medical education in India. An alumnus of Mahadevappa Rampure Medical College, Rajiv Gandhi University of Health sciences Bangalore, and Kamineni Institute of Medical Sciences, Dr NTR University of Health Sciences Vijayawada. Dr Sateesh. K previously served as the Consultant Microbiologist, Deputy Technical Manager and Academic In charge.
Before accepting the responsibilities as the Dean, MNR School of Allied Health Sciences, MNR University, Sangareddy Campus; he has been working as Course coordinator and Curriculum Innovation committee member at Yenepoya University Mangalore, and Professor and Academic In charge of department of Microbiology at SVS Medical College and hospital, Mahabubnagar.

His prime obligations included student care and mentoring, course content preparations for both undergraduate and postgraduates, curriculum improvements and introducing innovative teaching learning methods.
During his academic career spanning over thirteen years, Dr. Sateesh. K has made significant contributions in the arena of education. As member of board of studies at Yenepoya University Mangalore, he has led many initiatives at YU starting from curriculum innovations, student oriented teaching learning methods, to the introduction of new co curricular learning Programmes for involvement of students in active learning process.
In his academic and diagnostic career of more than thirteen, he has been member of institutional curriculum committee for CBME and Member and phase wise course coordinator for MBBS and BDS and Allied health sciences. Member of Board of studies for UG and PG courses at Yenepoya University Mangalore. He has also made significant contributions in training both students and faculty in the field of Medical education training as a member of Medical education unit at Kamineni Medical College Narketpally.
Because of his keen interest in diagnostic services and quality in patient care, he has worked as Quality Manager and Internal auditor for NABL. He is empanelled for NABH assessor since 2018. He has played a very key role as Member of Hospital Infection Control Committee and as Member of Drug Monitoring Committee at the institutions he was working. Because of his enthusiasm in public health care he was selected as Member of District Epidemic Outbreak Management at Nalgonda District.
He has good research aptitude with varied National and International publications to his credit. He was primary investigator for various self funded and seed grant projects. He has mentored many undergraduate, postgraduate and PhD Scholars.
Prof Dr. Prabhu Prasadini

Dr Prabhu Prasadini is graduate from ANGRAU obtained Doctorate degree in Agricultural Physics from IARI, New Delhi with ICAR Senior fellowship. Did Post Doctoral advanced training and research for one year in Environmental Science in Italian laboratories with fellowship of International Centre for Theoretical Physics (ICTP).
She has thirty seven years of experience in research and teaching in the field of Agricultural Physics , Soil Science and Environmental sciences. She had handled 12 research projects funded/jointly by International, Govt. Of India, State bodies and Industries. She has authored/co-authored 51 research papers, 24books/review/ bulletins, 12 popular articles. Involved in preparation of soil inventory including soil water retention and storage capacity, other physical and chemical properties through survey and soil profile studies for united A.P. Significantly contributed to the dignity of rainfed farmer through alleviation of soil physical constraints for crop production.

Prof. Prabhu Prasadini had experience in teaching UG and PG students in Soil Science and Environmental Science. Developed the course curriculum for PG programme on Environmental Science. Instrumental in implementation of new interfaculty programme on Environmental Science in ANGRAU. Contributions in the area of industrial effluents’ and solid wastes’ utilization in agriculture are commendable. She was in forefront in highlighting role of women in Agriculture/farming and Biodiversity conservation.
She visited Italy, Turkey, Israel, Egypt and USA for delivering lectures/presentation of papers/updation of knowledge. She is recognized at international level and was invited to Universities abroad for presentation of papers in International Food and Nutrition conference and Lectures on Alternate Nutrient Sources for organic agriculture. She has presented paper on utilization of urban waste compost in agriculture in International Conference on Agriculture & Forestry in Manila and bagged two medals for best paper presented in the Conference. Her international exposure lead to the assignment of Director (International Programmes), ANGRAU. With her contacts in foreign universities she could brought in the Student Exposure Programmes in different countries in the University.
She was a Member in several committees viz., Animal ethics committee, Standing Committee member in MoEF-GTZ (Switzerland) project on ‘Natural Resources and Environmental Accounting for the State of Andhra Pradesh’, Stake holder Committee Member in the ‘Development of Noor Mohd Kunta Katedan Cleaning Project’ of World bank aided – APPCB –Netherlands Project. At ICAR level she was an ASRB assessment committee member, expert for ARS paper setting at national, Environmental Science PG entrance exam at state and other states. She is honored with several awards/recognitions at national, state and University level (Meritorious Teacher of the University 2005).
Prof Dr. Sarbani Pal
Eminent Scientist, Organic Chemistry
Dr Sarbani Pal earned her Ph D in Chemistry from the Indian Association of Cultivation of Science (IACS), Jadavpur University, Kolkata, West Bengal and now holds the position of Head of the Department of Chemistry at MNR Degree and PG College. Dr Sarbani has a great passion for Chemistry in general and Organic Chemistry in particular and strong interest in shaping the lives and minds of students. She demonstrates independence, initiative, innovation and leadership. She believes in training students properly while nurturing, educating and encouraging them to take up research work independently which promotes creativity, intellectual curiosity, scientific temper and spirit of service. As Head of the Department, she encourages faculty development programs for the continued growth of the Faculty to become better educators and researchers. She is committed to STEM education and her strong commitment greatly supports the initiatives of the other departments of MNR University, a multi-disciplinary university.

Before joining at MNR PG College in 1998, she worked as Research Associate in Chemistry and MS University, Baroda, Gujarat. She encourages the prospective students and makes them realize how strong higher education is required for personal accomplishments and achievements and ultimately for a successful career. Her areas of research work included sequential development of macrolides and ketolides related to erythromycin and received appreciation from different scientific organisations.

Prof (Dr.) Manilal.S. is the Principal and Medical Superintendent of MNR Homoeopathic Medical College and Hospital, Sangareddy. He is the Professor & HOD in the Dept. of Organon & Philosophy and Research Director, MNR Homoeopathic Medical College & Hospital.
With 40 years’ experience as a Medical Practitioner and 30 years of teaching experience he served as a Member for 2 consecutive terms of 5 years each in the Central Council of Homoeopathy, during which he has been serving as Chairman, Education committee, Central Council of Homoeopathy and Member – Regulation Committee, Central Council of Homoeopathy, Ministry of Ayush, Govt. of India.

His self-interest towards social activities, as Member of State level Expert Group of Rapid Action Epidemic Control Cell in Homoeopathy (RAECH), Govt. of Kerala and he has been appointed as Faculty member of Rapid Action Epidemic Control Cell in Homoeopathy (RAECH), Govt. of Kerala. He also served as National faculty of the Institution of Homoeopaths, Kerala (IHK).
As an academician he was appointed as UG and PG Examiner, Question setter, PG Guide, Adjudicator of thesis of PG programmes in various universities like West Bengal University of Health Sciences, Kerala University of Health Sciences, The TN Dr.MGR Medical University. He also contributed as Subject expert of National Institute of Homoeopathy (NIH), Kolkata. Faculty Member of Health Education in Indian Institute of Administrative Science, Hyderabad.
Having a leadership qualities within him he joined Institution of Homoeopaths Kerala (IHK) in the year 1987 charter unit Attingal, he has taken charge of Unit Secretary of IHK in the year 1996, First secretary Liaison with Government the Institution of Homoeopaths Kerala 2002 – 2004, General Secretary the Institution of Homoeopaths Kerala 2004 – 2006, Vice President the Institution of Homoeopaths Kerala 2006-2007, General Secretary the Institution of Homoeopaths Kerala 2007-2008, State President The Institution of Homoeopaths Kerala 2008-2009, First special officer of IHK SSS – 2009 – 10, Chief Editor IHK News – 2009 – 10; 2012-13, continuing as the printer and publisher of IHK news from 2012 onwards till today. Presently he is serving as State Executive member, The Institution of Homoeopaths Kerala (IHK).
He has published many articles in National, International Journals like Infocus, Vital Informer, Homoeo Times, New Life Era, etc. Published books like MCQ for PG Entrance for Homoeopathic doctors, A new outlook on Organon of Medicine & Homoeopathic Philosophy (in press). He has also presented papers in 6 National seminars held in various places like Delhi, Noida, Kanyakumari, Nainital, Mumbai, Tirupati. He has won many State and National awards like Excellence Award for the years 2002, 2004 & 2007 by Institution of Homoeopaths, Kerala, Indiraji National Cultural Forum Award for the Best teacher for the year 2007, Winner Dr. Samuel Hahnemann National Award instituted by kerala Homoeo Shastravedi for the year 2008, Honoured by IHK on October 2017 for the contributions to Homoeopathy and IHK.
He had actively involved and contributed 100% in the first and second keralayathra organized by IHK. Appointed as theChairman of the Organizing Committee of State Scientific seminar at Trivandrum in 2006. Lead the Secretariat march in 2008. Was the Chairman of the Organizing Committee of South Zone seminar of IHK in 2008. Lead Kerala Yatra (Snehasamanya Yatra) in 2009. He had a key role in formulating the Social Security Scheme of The Institution of Homoeopaths Kerala (IHK). General convener Ananthapuri 2014, National seminar of The Institution of Homoeopaths Kerala. He was elected as the chairman of the Coordination committee of Homoeopathic Organisations in 2014.
Presently working as Research Director of MNR Homoeopathic Medical College & Hospital, with ongoing research projects like Efficacy of Homoeopathy in the management of Alcohol De-addiction, Efficacy of Homoeopathy in the management of Anaemia in Adolescent girls, Role and efficacy of Homoeopathy in Multiple Drug Resistant Tuberculosis (MDR TB) in collaboration with District TB centre, Govt of Telangana, Comparative study of different teaching methods in II BHMS students, Efficacy of Parents Teachers Meeting for the 1st BHMS students.With his leadership abilities he has organized 3 National Homoeopathic Seminars and more than 40 International webinars.

Dr. K Satheesh Kumar Reddy is an eminent Orthodontist and Dental Surgeon and has about 32 years of professional experience including as consultant orthodontist to various hospitals in Hyderabad. He is Vice-President for the Dental Council of India presently working as Advisor/Dean, Lenora Institute of Dental Sciences. He previously worked as Professor and Director Department of Orthodontics and Dento facial Orthopedics at Sri Sai College of Dental Surgery, Vikarabad, Hyderabad. He has also been an Ex member of Academic Senate Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences, Andhra Pradesh. He has also been a member of High Power Committee in the Department of Health, Government of Andhra Pradesh for evaluation and recommendation of applications for the issue of EC for establishing Medical/Dental/Nursing/BHAMS colleges in private sector, to the Government of Andhra Pradesh for 4 consecutive terms from 2004 to 2008.

He was the Organizing Chairman of 50th India Orthodontic Conference held in Hyderabad in 2015. He has been instrumental in conducting various dental check up camps with active participation. Other than academic pursuits, Dr. K Satheesh Kumar Reddy is also a sports enthusiast participating and winning in Chess, Shuttle Badminton, Golf at College and University levels.

Dr T V Satyanarayana has 35 years of teaching and research experience and concurrently 25 years of administrative and project management experience while working as the Assistant Professor to Professor, Principal Scientist, Project Manager, Associate Dean, Dean of Agricultural Engineering & Technology and Registrar of the Acharya N G Ranga Agricultural University (ANGRAU) (Formerly Andhra Pradesh Agricultural University), India’s largest state agricultural university in Government sector. He was awarded Senior Professor (HAG) scale in 2009. He was instrumental in establishing three new colleges at Sangareddy, Madakasira and Pulivendula in the erstwhile AP state and establishing the new campus of ANGRAU at Lam, Guntur after state’s bifurcation. He joined MNR University in 2022 as its First Registrar.

Dr T V Satyanarayana has been widely recognized for his research work in the field of On-farm irrigation and drainage water management. He has developed the designs of efficient water measuring and regulating devices for use in field channels of irrigation commands. He has designed and developed some effective designs of sub-surface drainage systems for control of water logging and salinity in irrigated canal commands and implementing successfully. He has published 45 research articles inreputed national journals and 15 research articles in international journals. He has attended several national and international conferences and presented technical papers on various aspects related to drainage and water management. He visited Germany, The Netherlands, USA, Italy, Egypt, Thailand and Singapore in connection with pursuit of academic and research programmes.He was instrumental in securing external funding of Rs 50 crores to ANGRAU for research projects on irrigation and drainage water management from Netherlands Govt and FAO, Rome, Italy during 1998-2008. He has received nine national and international awards including “FAO Award for Research Excellence”, “Engineer of the Year” Award and “Bharat Ratna Sir MokshagundamVisvesvaraya Award” by Govt of AP in 2012 for the outstanding contributions in the field of irrigation and drainage engineering. He was a member of the 5th Deans’ committee of Indian Council of Agricultural Research for UG courses in India and PRT for many universities for ICAR Accreditation. He also served as expert member for UPSC, ASRB, APPSC, HSPSC examinations and selections.
Dr T V Satyanarayana obtained B.Tech (Hons) (Agricultural Engineering) from GBPUAT (Formerly UPAU), Pantnagar and M.Tech and Ph D in Soil and Water Engineering from IIT, Kharagpur. He pursued Post-Doctoral Research in the Department of Hydraulics and Hydrology under DAAD Fellowship at Technological University at Munich in Germany. He also pursued collaborative research on irrigation and drainage water management at the International Institute for Land Reclamation and Improvement (ILRI) at Wageningen University and Research Center (WUR) in The Netherlands. He has also undergone training on Water Resources Planning at the UNESCO-IHE, Delft in the Netherlands. He possesses PG Diploma in Human Resources Management from Pondicherry University. He is a Life Member of the Indian Society of Agricultural Engineers and Fellow of the Institution of Engineers (India).

Prof. Dr. V. Alagarsamy is a renowned academician and internationally recognised scientist. He had been named among top 2% scientists in the world in the field of Pharmacy with a worldwide subject rank of 1561 by The Stanford University, USA. He is the only one ranked in both Telangana and Andhra Pradesh in the subject of Pharmacology & Pharmacy. He had patented one of the new drug molecules and having 1 patent on new product development. Based on his contributions, recently he had been honoured with Fellow of Royal Society of Chemistry (FRSC), London, UK.

He had graduated from D.Pharm to Ph.D. from well recognised premier institutions viz. D.Pharm., from Coimbatore Medical College, B.Pharm., from Madurai Medical College, M.Pharm., from LM College of Pharmacy (Gujrat University), Ahmedabad and Ph.D. from The MS University of Baroda. Qualified GATE with 95.1 percentile with the all-India rank is 52.He taught Medicinal Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Organic Chemistry, Chemistry of Natural Products and performing research work in synthetic medicinal chemistry on novel heterocyclic bio-active compounds for more than two decades. Presently he is doing research on the identification of phyto chemicals for the treatment of Covid-19.
His main research is to develop quinazoline derived drugs and made a substantial contribution in the design and synthesis of heterocyclic compounds. The lead compound of his research on the anti-HIV have shown 196% percent protection against HIV-2 and 126% protection against HIV-1. This compound is under patent process. His research works are collaborated with various research laboratories/organizations like National Cancer Institute, USA; Rega Institute for Medical Research, Belgium and Sudbury Regional Hospital, Ontario, Canada. His research activities are supported by the funding agencies like CSIR, DST and DSIR.
His research activities are evidenced by his publications in national and international journals and presentations in conferences which crossed two hundreds. Many of his publications are well recognized and cited by the researchers all over the world. His total citations are 3341,h-Index 31,i10-Index 71.
To disseminate the knowledge, he had delivered lectures in the conferences and organized state level, national level and international level conferences, webinars and workshops. His books on the title of Text Book of Medicinal Chemistry(Elsevier), Pharmaceutical Chemistry of Natural Products (Elsevier),Pharmaceutical Inorganic Chemistry, Organic Chemistry – A Comprehensive Approach, Pharmaceutical Organic Chemistry, Pharmacognosy & Phyto chemistry, Pharmaceutical Biochemistry, Textbook of Computer Aided Drug Design and Practical Pharmaceutical Inorganic Chemistry” are well appreciated in the academic community nationally and received international recognition too.
He had received Best Research Paper Awards in national and international conferences. He had also been conferred with Best Researcher Award and Best Principal Award. His research achievements were appreciated by the management of MNR Educational Trust by designating as Director of MNR Foundation for Research and Innovations. He is a recipient of young scientist project from the Department of Science and Technology, New Delhi. He became a Co-editor of the international journal “Anti-infective Agents”, published by Bentham Science Publishers.
He had served as a member of All India Board of Pharmaceutical Education AICTE, New Delhi and a member of board of studies in Osmania University. He had been recognised as a doctoral committee member and recognized research guide for PhD scholars in various universities and successfully 10 students were awarded PhD under his guidance. He is also serving as a CPCSEA’s nominee in Ethical committee of Dr Reddy’s Laboratories, Hyderabad and as a scientist in Ethical committee of LV Prasad Research Institute; Aragen (GVK) Life Sciences, Hyderabad.
